Resolving Litigation: Wells Fargo Counsel Discusses His Legal Journey and Approach to Disputes, Law.com

In our ongoing Resolving Litigation series in Law.com, Rich Lee, CEO and Co-Founder of New Era, sits down with Lateef Ledbetter, a senior counsel at Wells Fargo based in Minneapolis.

Lateef was exposed to the law early, from his mother's work for state child protection agencies, and traveled far and wide before landing his current position. He learned something important in each stop, from Mississippi to Norway, from an informal in-house apprenticeship to prosecuting criminal cases. Among other duties at Wells Fargo, he handles contested consumer claims.
