For eight years, Moss founded and directed San Francisco’s Conflict Intervention Service (CIS), which focuses on landlord-tenant issues. Roger represents alternatives to traditional ways people pursue legal careers, litigation, and dispute resolution. His self-described “radical neutral advocacy” commits to bringing compassion and empathizing with each side of a case, an approach sought after by parties in a wide range of disputes.
