New Era CEO and Co-Founder Rich Lee and Sandra Musumeci, a partner at Kelley Drye, authored an article for the New York Law Journal discussing the Coinbase v. Bielski case.

“Lawyers, litigants, witnesses, and court officials slogging through depositions and motions in a case that an appeals court may eventually determine should always have been before an arbitrator—as directed by a contract between the parties—does sound like a huge waste of everyone's time and money,” they write.
