Overview
Tam is the Lead Software Engineer at New Era ADR, where she plays a key role in shaping the company’s technology architecture and driving the development of its dispute resolution platform. She brings deep experience in building scalable, user-focused software solutions and fostering collaboration across product and engineering teams.
Before joining New Era, Tam held technical and leadership roles at several innovative companies, including Fast Radius, where she served as Software Team Lead; Reverb, as Senior Software Engineer; and Eight Bit Studios, as Software Engineer. She has also been a student coach and peer mentor at Dev Bootcamp, reflecting her commitment to supporting the next generation of developers.
Tam attended American University in Washington, D.C. Outside of work, she brings the same focus and discipline to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—she is an owner and co-founder of Pica Pau Jiu Jitsu Academy in Aurora, Illinois.
