Joseph Rossi is the Growth Manager at New Era ADR, where he drives market adoption and revenue expansion for the company’s technology-enabled dispute resolution platform. In his role, Joseph blends strategic sales execution with a modern, data-driven approach to outreach, building trusted relationships that translate into long-term client partnerships and scalable growth.
He brings a strong track record from both the financial services and capital markets sectors. At Aon, Joseph sourced and executed structured capital markets transactions at the intersection of debt and insurance, generating more than $6 million in revenue over three years. Earlier in his career at Merrill Lynch, he advised high-net-worth families on wealth management, overseeing $25 million in assets under management.
Joseph earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois–Chicago, equipping him with both the financial expertise and entrepreneurial mindset to accelerate adoption of transformative solutions in the legal technology space.
