Our Simplified Process

New Era Expedited Arbitration

Overview

A quick walkthrough of our Expedited Arbitration process showing you just how simple litigation can be.

Litigation is often frustrating and confusing, with no end in sight. We removed the mystery and added a finish line.

If you ever end up in litigation, you’ll find yourself caught in a confusing process that often drags on for years. It doesn’t have to be that way. Most organizations and people simply want to tell their story, show their best evidence, and most importantly, know when the process will be over so they can go back to their business and lives.

That’s exactly how we designed the litigation process on New Era, and it’s the basis of everything we do. Stop spending years on litigation, get it done in 60-100 days. Scroll through the steps of our Expedited Virtual Arbitration Proceedings on the right, see just how simple it can be and how much less daunting litigation can be when you get to the point, focus on the facts, and not bicker over complex rules, processes, and procedures.  You can find the still-easy-to-understand details of each of these steps in our Rules and Procedures.
