Rebekah Lear

Overview

Bekah is the Program Manager, Operations at New Era ADR. Prior to New Era, Bekah was a Recruiter at OppFi, a Public FinTech company focused on providing credit access to the underbanked. Before that, Bekah was a Recruiter at Civis Analytics, a fast-growing, venture-backed data science technology company born out of President Barack Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign. Bekah graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison majoring in Management, Human Resources and Economics. She spends her free time teaching group fitness classes, walking dogs and traveling around the country!
